Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    2 eggs, beaten lightly
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Pound the chicken.
    Mix the eggs, salt and pepper in a pie plate.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture and coat with bread crumbs. Saute chicken until light brown on both sides.
    Mix tomato sauce and basil together and bring to a boil.
    Simmer for 5 minutes or until it thickens.
    Place chicken in a baking dish.
    Pour sauce over chicken and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Place Mozzarella cheese over chicken and bake for 10 more minutes.
