Karin'S Cake Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add egg yolks, milk and vanilla.
Beat well.
Stir in melted chocolate.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Stir in chopped nuts.
Fold in egg whites.
Turn into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch greased and floured baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
