Potato Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    butter
    minced parsley
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes well; rub with butter.
    Cut, without peeling, in rounds 1/4-inch thick.
    Place in generously buttered skillet, flat side down.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper; cover.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until tender.
    Turn slices when brown. Serve garnished with minced parsley.
