Baked Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, brown and drain
    6 to 8 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    8 slices bread, cubed
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard and beat well.
    Place bread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add sausage, mushrooms, cheese and egg mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until eggs set in center.
    Cut in squares and serve.
