Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. bell pepper, measured after chopping up fine
1/4 c. hot pepper, measured after chopping up fine
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 liquid fruit pectin (1 Sure-Jell)
few drops red or green food coloring
Preparation

Put 1/2 vinegar into blender and add peppers.
Reduce to puree.
(May strain mixture through cheesecloth, if desired.)
