Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 (16 oz.) solid pack pumpkin
2/3 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 c. heavy cream
1/3 c. milk
2 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, brown sugar, granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, ginger, nutmeg and allspice.
Mix well.
Stir in the cream, milk, beaten eggs and vanilla.
Pour into baked pie crust.
