Most Requested Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 2/3 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. water
1 c. Miracle Whip regular or lite
2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) round cake pans and line bottom of pans with waxed paper.
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla at medium speed until light and fluffy.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Beat with electric mixer on low 30 seconds, scraping bowl frequently.
Beat at medium speed an additional 2 minutes.
Will be thin.
Pour evenly into pans and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pans.
Remove waxed paper and cool completely on wire rack.
Ice with fluffy white icing.
