Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. water
2 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. parsley
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients together.
Heat Teflon coated crepe size pan to a better than medium heat.
Your batter will be thin. Pour enough in the middle to swirl to a perfect circle.
Crepe should be turned when bubbles appear; do not brown them, they will be light in color.
