Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
sliced onion
salt and pepper
butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
Preparation
-
Alternate layers of potatoes, sliced onions, salt and pepper and butter.
Cover with soup mixed with 1/2 can of water.
Cook in a covered dish for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
