Sour Cream Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine softened butter and sour cream. Fold in flour.
    Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full and bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    These may be turned on floured surface and rolled out.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Muffins are easier.
