Oriental Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans green beans, drained (reserve liquid)
    1 1/2 c. celery, sliced
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Drain green beans, reserving 1 cup liquid.
    In large skillet, cook celery and mushrooms in oil until celery is crisp-tender. Combine reserved liquid from beans with cornstarch, bouillon cube and soy sauce.
    Add beans; cook and stir until mixture thickens and boils.
    Stir in almonds and serve.
    Makes 10 servings.
