One-Pan Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine or 1 c. oil (canola)
    1 c. honey
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. bran
    2 Tbsp. brewer's yeast (optional)
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. nonfat milk powder
    6 c. old fashioned oats
    1/2 c. peanuts (raw)
    1 c. rye flakes
    1/2 c. sesame seed
    1 c. sunflower seeds
    1 c. wheat flakes
    1/2 c. wheat flour
    1 c. wheat germ
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat first 4 ingredients.
    Add remaining.
    Toast granola on cookie sheets at 350\u00b0, stirring often.
    Takes approximately 1/2 hour.
    When cooled, add 1/2 cup or more of raisins and/or dates. Store in covered container.
    Makes one gallon.
