Mandarin Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. boneless pork loin
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    11 oz. can mandarin oranges
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 chicken bouillon
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Trim fat from meat.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Rub mustard on roast.
    Place in large Dutch oven; cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer reaches 170\u00b0. Drain oranges, reserving liquid.
    Set oranges aside.
