Goulumpus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 medium onion, chopped
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    15 oz. can tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. dry macaroni
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and garlic.
    Drain well.
    Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, sugar and oregano.
    Cover and simmer while cooking macaroni.
    Drain macaroni.
    In a 2-quart casserole dish, alternate layers of ground beef mixture, macaroni and cheeses.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
