Strawberry Glace Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. fruit juice or water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. crushed strawberries
1 qt. strawberries, hulled and sliced
Preparation

Layer berries in cooled crust.
In a medium saucepan, mix together all other ingredients and cook for 20 minutes, stirring often.
Pour hot sauce over berries and refrigerate until cool. Serve with whipped cream.
