Easy Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, cooked and cut in 3/4-inch cubes
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 c. processed cheese, cubed
1 small onion, diced
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix together.
Place in a 2-quart greased casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 6 to 8.
