Glazed Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    2 egg whites, at room temperature
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    4 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with water until foamy.
    Gradually add sugar and rest of ingredients except pecans.
    Beat until thick, but not stiff.
    Add nuts, stirring gently.
    Pour out onto cookie sheet, lined with foil, then greased.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, until lightly browned.
    Remove from foil immediately.
    Place on waxed paper.
    Separate nuts with fork.
    When cool, store in tightly sealed container.
