Something Special-Hot Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
1 large tomato, peeled and chopped
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 jalapeno peppers (canned), seeded and chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and put in an oven-safe dish.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Transfer to chafing dish and serve with cubed French bread or crackers.
This may be made the day before, but do not cook until serving time.
