Ham Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9-inch pie pan
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. diced cooked ham
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch dish with pastry.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 3 minutes. Prick with a fork and cook 5 minutes longer.
    Combine mayo, flour, eggs and milk.
    Mix.
    Stir in ham, cheeses and mushrooms.
    Pour in shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
