Stuffed Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh or frozen flounder fillets
    1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (7 oz.) can crab meat, flaked and drained
    1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    milk
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Thaw fish, if frozen.
    Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid.
