Hot Hominy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. Velveeta (approximately)
    2 cans hominy, drained
    1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 c. crushed Fritos
Preparation
    Heat soup and Velveeta until Velveeta melts.
    Add drained hominy and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Stir together.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Sprinkle crushed Fritos on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
