Artichoke Leaf Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large artichoke, trimmed, cooked and leaves removed
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    1/4 lb. cooked fresh tiny shrimp
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese with remaining ingredients, except artichoke and shrimp.
    It will resemble a paste.
    Spread the paste onto each artichoke leaf and top with a shrimp.
    Arrange leaves on a serving plate in concentric circles with the choke and heart as the centerpoint.
