Radican'S Tuna Carbonara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. vermicelli or fettucini
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large red bell pepper, sliced and cut into thin strips or 1 (7 oz.) can whole pimentos, drained and sliced
    3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
    1 (9 oz.) can chunk style tuna, drained and flaked
    4 eggs
    1 c. (3 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook pasta, according to package directions, in boiling water (salted).
    Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.
