Ingredients

1 1/2 c. pecan pieces
8 oz. dark almond bark
1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Spread pecans on a large glass pizza plate or pie plate. Microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring at 2-minute intervals.
Set aside.
Place almond bark in a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave at Medium (50% power) for 3 to 4 minutes or until melted.
Stir until smooth.
Cool 2 minutes. Stir in coconut and pecans.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Let cool completely.
