Mexican Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 flour tortillas
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) envelope taco seasoning mix
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. broken corn chips
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
    1/4 c. hot water
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    In a large pan, cook the beef, green pepper and onion.
    Drain fat.
    Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce and paste, olives, water and chili powder.
    Microwave at High until thickened, about 8 minutes.
    Blend sour cream and eggs in a small bowl.
