Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 lb. ground meat
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick with flour and add milk; mix.
    Knead on floured surface 10 to 12 times.
    Roll or pat out until you have a 1/2-inch thick rectangle (8 x 12-inches).
    Cover with meat and season to taste.
    Roll into a log.
    Cut 1/2-inch slices and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    (Can add cheese during last 2 minutes.)
    Serve with gravy, if desired.
