Mrs. Hitchcock'S Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
1 qt. fruit

Preparation

Put in pan or skillet brown sugar, butter and fruit.
Let boil up good and set aside while making cake batter.
Use apricots, peaches, pineapple or any good fruit.
