Artichoke Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    4 large eggs
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    6 saltine crackers, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Drain artichoke hearts, reserving liquid.
    Chop artichokes and set aside.
    Pour artichoke liquid into a 9-inch skillet.
    Add green onions and garlic and cook until tender.
    Drain.
    Combine eggs and pepper in a large bowl; beat mixture well.
    Stir in artichokes, onion mixture, cheese, crackers and parsley.
