Apple Skillet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 egg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
2 apples, chopped

Preparation

Mix
flour,
sugar,
oil,
egg and cinnamon together in 9-inch iron skillet.
Add nuts and apples.
Bake in skillet at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Real good served warm with ice cream.
