Rice And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. sausage
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. cooked or canned tomatoes
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. celery leaves, minced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cut sausage into small pieces.
    Fry until brown.
    Add the water.
    Combine other ingredients, except
    butter, and stir into the sausage.
    Grease a casserole dish and turn the mixture into it.
    Dot with the butter and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
    Serves 6.
