Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon (6 oz.)
    3 tsp. self-rising flour
    self-rising corn meal
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix salmon (juice and all) with flour.
    You may need more flour, it's up to you.
    Shape into patties and roll in self-rising corn meal.
    Refrigerate 1 hour.
    Yellow corn meal is better.
    Fry in oil; turn and brown on both sides.
