Ingredients

2 c. sliced, cooked beets
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. beet juice
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add liquid slowly, then add butter. Cook until thickened.
Pour over beets and serve hot.
