Mock Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. white or dark corn syrup
2/3 c. rolled oats
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix together; put in unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve with Cool Whip.
