Fried Beaver - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small beaver, dressed
salt and pepper
bacon slices

Preparation

Cut beaver into serving size portions.
Remove fat and boil until tender.
Drain, season with salt and pepper.
Fry with bacon slices.
