Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
2 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
8 oz. yogurt cheese or cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. strawberry preserves
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water; let stand for 5 minutes. Add biscuit mix, 1 tablespoon sugar and eggs; stir well.
Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic. Place in a well-greased bowl, turning to grease top; cover and chill for 8 hours.
Punch dough down; turn out on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Roll into a 14 x 9-inch rectangle.
