Easy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 chicken, cut up or 6 breasts
    2 c. liquid (water, wine and/or broth)
    seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Place rice in bottom of baking pan with a lid.
    Place chicken pieces on top of uncooked rice.
    Pour mushroom soup on top of chicken.
    Cover rice and chicken with liquid.
    Season to taste. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 2 hours.
    Serves 6 to 10.
    Takes 5 minutes to prepare.
