Cajun Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 stick margarine, melted
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 lemon, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced thin
1 tsp. lemon pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large container.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 2 1/2 hours).
Remove shrimp from marinade and layer in a shallow pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0, just until shrimp turn pink.
Makes 24 hors d'oeuvres.
