Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can freestone peaches, drained
5 slices Ironkids bread (trim edges and cut each slice into 5 strips)
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. butter or oleo, melted
1/8 tsp. almond flavoring (optional)
Preparation

Cut up peaches and put into bottom of casserole dish. Place bread evenly on top of peaches. Mix other ingredients and pour evenly over bread. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream.
