Grilled Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 unpeeled red potatoes
    1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes for about 20 minutes, until just tender.
    Allow to cool, then cut lengthwise into quarters.
    In small bowl, combine olive oil and garlic; brush potato wedges with garlic flavored oil.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt.
    Grill or boil 5 to 6 minutes, until hot and lightly browned.
