Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) green cabbage
    1 c. cooked spinach
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    5 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 lb. cooked ground beef
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    pepper
    salt
Preparation
    Rinse cabbage; boil whole in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain well; mix together remaining ingredients except oil and water.
    Spread leaves gently; insert some stuffing and wrap until all is used.
    Place in baking dish and cover with oil, add water to 1/2 inch.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until cabbage is tender.
    Add hot water to pan if dry.
    Makes 4 servings.
