Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bag.
    Wash potatoes (do not peel) and cut into quarters (lengthwise).
    Add a few at a time in bag and shake to coat potatoes well with cheese mixture.
    Melt butter in baking pan (13 x 9-inch).
    Place potatoes in a layer in pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour, turning once or twice during baking.
