Vidalia Spree - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced Vidalia onions
    2 c. sliced zucchini squash
    2 c. sliced ripe tomatoes
    1/2 c. cilantro (fresh)
    1 stick butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Use a two-quart buttered casserole.
    Chop fresh cilantro into 1-inch sprigs.
    Layer each of above ingredients, starting with a layer of zucchini on the bottom.
    Between layers, sprinkle the seasonings to taste.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Add water before placing casserole in oven.
    Three layers are a desirable number.
