Baked Ziti Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. ziti or small tube pasta
1 egg, beaten
1 (15 oz.) carton part-skim Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 (28 oz.) jar meatless spaghetti sauce
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook pasta by directions on package. Drain and set aside. In a bowl, combine egg, Ricotta and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce in a 13 x 9 x 2 pan coated with nonstick spray. Top with 1/3 of the pasta and 1/2 Ricotta mixture, 2/3 cup Mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese and 1 cup sauce. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan. Top with remaining pasta, sauce and cheeses. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
