Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. plain flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. 2% milk
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 can chicken broth (10 to 12 oz.)
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz or 1 lb. Velveeta
    2 pkg. frozen veggies of your choice
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Fix veggies according to package. Drain and chop. Fry onion in margarine. Add flour, salt and pepper to taste, then add milk and bring to a boil 1 minute.
    Be careful not to let it burn. Add chicken broth, cheese, water, veggies and mustard.
    Heat through and serve.
