Chalupas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. dry pinto beans
2 lb. pork roast (trim fat)
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp cumin
1 Tbsp. oregano
2 tbsp. picante sauce
Preparation

Place all ingredients in large pan.
Cover with water.
Cook 9-12 hours at low after reaching boiling point.
