Mock Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. grated zucchini
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 c. Italian bread crumbs*

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; make into cakes and fry as you would pancakes, etc.
