Company Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large Russet baking potatoes
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Peel, cook and mash potatoes. Beat together with cream cheese and sour cream. Add salt and
    pepper.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch buttered casserole. Sprinkle with 4 tablespoons butter, cubed. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Refrigerate.
    When ready to cook, bring to room temperature and bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
