Salmon Au Poivre With Dijon Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 salmon steaks or fillets
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. lemon juice from half of a fresh lemon
    1 Tbsp. finely crushed tricolored peppercorns
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
Preparation
    Place salmon on greased rack of broiler pan; squeeze juice from lemon half over fish and broil 5 to 8 minutes; turn and drizzle with more lemon juice.
    Continue broiling
    5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork; don't overcook.
    Meanwhile in a small saucepan melt the butter and whisk the mustard in until well blended; keep warm.
    When salmon is done, sprinkle evenly with crushed peppercorns and dill weed, and drizzle melted butter sauce over all.
