Italian Bisquitis - cooking recipe

6 eggs
1/2 tsp. anise flavoring
1/2 tsp. anise seed
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
4 c. flour
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar; add oil, butter, baking powder, anise flavoring and anise seed.
Beat well.
Then add flour a little at a time and mix well.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour baking pan.
Pour batter evenly in pan.
Bake for 30 minutes, until top is brown.
