Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 c. shelled pecans
    1 egg white
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. water
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with water until foamy.
    Add nuts and stir well, until all are coated.
    Mix spices and salt with sugar; pour over sticky nuts, stirring until all are well coated.
    Spread on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with a cooking spray.
    Bake 1 hour in 225\u00b0 oven, stirring every 15 minutes.
